Who we are

What we collect

Enquiries: the details you enter in the contact form — type of enquiry, name, email, and optionally organisation, phone, timing, location, budget and your message.

Accounts and membership applications: name, email, a password (stored only as a secure hash), your discipline, city, country, portfolio or social links and your statement.

Members: profile details you choose to add, benefit requests and project applications, and their status history.

Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a language preference cookie, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse of the contact form. We do not store your raw IP address with enquiries.

We keep anonymous counts of key actions (for example “enquiry submitted”) without names, emails or IP addresses. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, review membership applications, provide member services, coordinate requested partner benefits and project applications, keep the platform secure, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. When you request a partner benefit or apply for a project, we share only what is needed to fulfil that request with the relevant partner or organiser, and we will tell you before doing so. [Processors — hosting, database, email — to be listed once selected.]
